		<description>&gt;Hey there, you hit that one right on the head. I have never seen such a biased and incompetent guardian as i have in Rutland court system. There needs to be some house cleaning done with some and some of the court appointed attorneys for the children. I have experienced this first hand. It is not fair number one for the children and two for the father.Their really is some problems that seriously need to be adressed.If enough people came forward with their individual situations, i think a lot of people would be suprised what they hear.</description>
