Amy E. Davis, Esquire
Amy E. Davis is a 2015 graduate of Vermont Law School where she earned her J.D. magna cum laude and a Certificate in General Practice. She earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of New England. During law school, Amy received academic excellence awards in Criminal Practice and Procedure and Legal Writing. She spent her first summer interning with the South Royalton Legal Clinic where she worked on family law cases and conducted a visitation hearing under the student practice rule. In her second summer, Amy briefed and argued a juvenile appeal to the Vermont Supreme Court through the Office of the Defender General. She focuses on family, criminal, and probate matters, and welcomes the opportunity to discuss any legal issues you may have.
Amy is a member if the Vermont Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Caledonia Bar Association.
Amy lives in St. Johnsbury with her dog, Marlow, and her cat, Echo. She does volunteer work with high school sophomores through the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership program, and is a panel volunteer with St. Johnsbury’s Community Restorative Justice Center. She also works as a wedding DJ on the side.
