Amy E. Davis, Esquire
Amy E. Davis joined the firm in 2015 after graduating from Vermont Law School, where she earned her J.D. magna cum laude and a Certificate in General Practice. She earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in History from the University of New England. During law school, Amy received academic excellence awards in Criminal Practice and Procedure and Legal Writing. She spent her first summer interning with the South Royalton Legal Clinic where she worked on family law cases and conducted a visitation hearing under the student practice rule. In her second summer, Amy briefed and argued a juvenile appeal to the Vermont Supreme Court through the Office of the Defender General. Since joining the firm, Amy has litigated numerous family and criminal matters in Vermont Superior Court.
Amy is a member if the Vermont Bar Association, a board member of the VBA’s Young Lawyer’s Division, and the Caledonia Bar Association.
Amy lives in St. Johnsbury with fiancée, Steve, and their numerous animals. She does volunteer work with high school sophomores through the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership program, is a panel volunteer with St. Johnsbury’s Community Restorative Justice Center, and is the Clerk of the St. Johnsbury Planning Commission.
